By no means was I expecting the Bengals to help Buffalo by beating the Jets on Sunday, but Houston and San Diego certainly helped the Bills with respect to their lead in the AFC East.
The Bills (4-1) didn’t have to play this weekend and still have a one game lead over New England (3-2) and the Jets (3-2) and Miami is now two games back (2-4).
In addition the Chargers probably won’t come into Orchard Park Sunday an ornery bunch after waxing the Patriots tonight.
