FoxSports.com just put together a list of the NFL’s top 10 smurf players (undersized players that excel). Somehow, some way, Roscoe Parrish was not on the list.
Now I’m not saying that Parrish needs to be in the top 5. Full time offensive and defensive players like Steve Smith or Antoine Winfield (who both made the list) should be at or near the top. And Frank Gore (217 pounds) is not a smurf, despite being 5′9″.
But Parrish, who has the highest punt return average in league history, is not 10 or 9? C’mon.
