NASCAR driver to stop by Bills training camp

Lions sign Will James, workout former Bills QB
The Detroit Lions have taken a liking to picking up former Bills. Last year they signed Michael Gaines. Today they signed Will James, who was a training camp cut of the Bills last season. They also worked out former Bills backup QB Craig Nall. Nall played with Houston last year.
DiGiorgio back with Bills
Buffalobills.com has confirmed that John DiGiorgio did clear waivers and is back with the Bills. The team has put him on Reserve/PUP meaning his 2009 season is over. Having that designation DiGiorgio does not take up a roster spot.
Bills not interested in acquiring Vick

Butler hosting a Sabres bud at camp
Brad Butler and Jonwill be hosting one of his Buffalo Sabres buddies at training camp on Tuesday. For the night practice Sabres forward Andrew Peters is scheduled to make the trip out to training camp to watch Butler and his teammates. Butler is a Sabres season ticket holder.
Poz and Big Langston on Rochester radio Tuesday
Wease will have Paul Posluszny and Langston Walker on his radio show tomorrow morning. Poz is scheduled to appear at 7:45 with Walker to follow 10 minutes later on 95.1 the Fox.
Bryan suffers injury
Copeland Bryan went down early in today’s pads practice and coach Jauron provided an update afterwards. Bryan suffered a hamstring injury when he got caught up in a tie-up at the tail end of a run play during inside run plays. No timetable was given as to how long he’ll be out, but it sounds [...]
WR Johnson could be out a while
Steve Johnson didn’t practice Monday and head coach Dick Jauron explained why. Jauron said Johnson suffered some rib cartilage damage and is very sore, but x-rays on Johnson’s ribs were negative.

Bills on grass field today
The wet weather has apparently held off enough to allow the grass fields at camp to dry out. The Bills will practice for the first time on the grass field for the pads workout this morning.
