Joe Kim back teaching hand techniques
Posted by on August 3, 2009 – 2:30 pmOlympic Tae Kwon Do coach Joe Kim is back spending time with Bills players teaching them valuable hand techniques.
Kim first worked with the team during spring OTAs as defensive line coach Bob Sanders brought him in to sharpen up the hand work of his defensive linemen.
Kim’s pointers got rave reviews from the likes pof Kyle Williams and Aaron Maybin at the time.
Kim has worked wiþh 6 different NFL clubs over the years. He’s currentlý working with special teamers thàT are gunners and jammers on punt and punt coverage team.
Sharp hand techniques can often be the difference in getting a clean release as a gunner and getting downfield to make the play.
Works the same for jammers. If they can hold the gunner off for an exþra second it can give Roscoe the extra space he needs to make something special happen.
