Buffalo tailgate battle on Food Network

For those that might remember, way back in August Guy Fieri from the Food Network hosted an episode of his show in the parking lot at One Bills Drive before the Bills-Bears preseason game as Chicago and Buffalo tailgaters squared off with recipes. That episode will finally air on the Food Network this Saturday (Oct. 17) at 9pm ET.

It was all part of battling for tailgating supremacy as Food Network’s Tailgate Warriors. Teams were required to make one appetizer, two entrees, two sides and a dessert. The food (and their flair) was graded by three judges with years of experience in tailgating, entertaining and eating and was based on taste, creativity and execution.

So be sure to tune in to see if the representatives for Buffalo won. In case you happen to miss it on Saturday there are two re-air dates. Wed., Oct. 21st at 8pm, and Sat., Oct. 24th at 3pm.
