Nelson downgraded for Sunday
Posted by Chris Brown on October 24, 2009 – 5:44 pmBills TE Shawn Nelson was downgraded Saturday from doubtful to out for Buffalo’s game against Carolina Sunday.
Nelson was not expected to play after failing to practice all week due to illness. He had been battling flu-like symptoms.
Nelson’s absence leaves Buffalo with just two healthy tigh ends on the roster is Derek Fine and Jonathan Stupar.
