By most accounts the individual pro day for Ruters OT Anthony Davis went very well.
According to NFL.com’s Gil Brandt, Davis weighed in at 328 pounds and looked light on his feet in position drills. He skipped out on Rutgers pro day because of a stomach virus and a sore hamstring, but scouts on hand at the team pro day were not informed until late in the game, which did not go over well.
With Davis only 20-years old, maturity is an issue scouts will be evaluating closely. Having a solid individual pro day Thursday helped his cause as he’s widely viewed as a top 12 pick.
