The Bills went into practice Sunday night already shorthanded at tight end with only two healthy. That figure was reduced to one before the night practice was over.
TE Michael Matthews left after sustaining an undisclosed injury during one-on-one pass rush drills. He walked to the locker room under his own power.
Head coach did not have a precise update on Matthews when he addressed the media after practice.
“They’ll tell me later on after they’ve looked at him,” said Gailey. “They’re going to do some more tests tomorrow morning. I don’t know about that one. We’ve got some adjustments to make obviously.”
