The Bills have now lost each of their last three games by three points (nine combined). And as frustrating as some of their miscues might be at critical times, you can’t say they’re not fighting to the bitter end. That’s what has Chan Gailey convinced that his team will turn the corner at some point.
“I’ve got to continue to work to get us over the hump,” Gailey said. “And I haven’t done that yet. It hurts and I can say it a hundred times that if it doesn’t something is wrong with you. I believe our guys will come out and play hard to the end again next week. I believe we’ll get there. I truly believe this team will get there and I don’t mean just to win. I think we’ve got a chance to be a decent football team before it’s over with.”
