T.O. already promising win

About an hour after the Bengals dropped a 23-17 decision to the Colts, Owens stated the following on his twitter account.
terrellowens I will do all I can 2 win next week! I promise on everything I love! We will win sumhow, sum way!!
The Bills face the Bengals in Paul Brown Stadium this Sunday for a 1 pm kickoff.
