Migraines back for Nelson
Posted by on December 9, 2010 – 3:28 pmFor TE Shawn Nelson, migraines have been a persistent problem, and after being able to practice for the first time in two weeks Wednesday, he was sidelined just a day later.
“He’s still having problems,” said head coach Chan Gailey. “It’s something he really has had for a long time and right now won’t go away.”
Nelson missed three weeks of practice as a rookie in 2009 and has been dealing with migraines for more than a decade. Here’s more on Nelson’s affliction when the excruciating headaches first surfaced in his rookie season with the Bills.
