Merriman arm wrestling

Bills LB Shawne Merriman has been doing an awful lot of offseason training since the season ended. He’s also gone a bit unconventional as he participated in an arm wrestling contest at an Ultimate Arm Wrestling League event in Los Angeles recently.

Here’s his one-on-one matchup with Bruce Way, the pro that appeared in the Sylvester Stallone movie Over the Top.

For a guy that doesn’t know much about arm wrestling technique he did quite well.
