The NFL has announced that they will be implementing a sideline concussion test next season.
More details will be released at the NFL combine on Friday, but players suspected of sustaining a concussion will be put through a battery of tests for balance, limited neurologic evaluation and other symptoms.
The test was developed by the NFL’s Head, Neck, and Spine Committee with NFL club physicians and trainers providing input.
