While Scott Chandler, Paul Posluszny and Donte Whitner were tendered qualifying offers by the Bills as potential restricted free agents, there were a few such players that were not tendered from Buffalo’s roster.
The five-year players that were not tendered like Whitner (a five-year player) were Keith Ellison, John McCargo and Ashton Youboty.
The three-year players that are almost certain to be restricted free agents under a new labor agreement that were not tendered were Brian Brohm and Quinton Ganther. Jonathan Stupar with two accrued seasons also was not tendered.
Those not tendered could still sign with the Bills at a later time.
