Bills DT Torell Troup had frequent updates this offseason about his rigorous training regimen, which featured a ton of core work to help his performance against double teams this season. After adding 9-10 pounds of lean muscle while shaving off the unwanted weight Troup looks a lot tighter through the midsection.
“I’m up to about 325 right now (from 315 last year),” said Troup. “I’ve added about nine pounds of lean muscle. It’s going to be really good.”
Troup arrived at One Bills Drive on Wednesday and after his coaches got a look at him they felt he passed the eyeball test as well.
“They said I look great and that I’ve been working hard and trust me I have been,” Troup said. “They can’t wait to see it on the field.”
Neither can Bills fans.
