OL Howard back from PUP

Bills OL Cordaro Howard has been taken off Active PUP and is practicing.

Howard is coming off offseason shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and damaged rotator cuff.

We will let you know where he lines up when the Bills get into team drills.
