Levitre “ready for anything”
Posted by on September 7, 2011 – 12:07 pmAndy Levitre might be the starting left guard for the Bills, but when it comes to where he may or may not be asked to fill in should there be an injury during the course of the season, his plate has become a platter.
“I’ve been told be ready to step in just about anywhere,” said Levitre, who at the start of this regular season said it’s his understanding that he’s the backup left tackle and the backup center for the Bills.
As the season wears on it’s more likely that fourth-round pick Chris Hairston will be the backup left tackle, but for now Levitre is the chief reserve as two of the more important offensive line positions.
