He had been nursing a hamstring injury for almost half of training camp and it cost him some preseason action including the all important third preseason game when starters play the most. But heading into Week 1, Roscoe Parrish is full go.
“Yeah I’m ready to go,” said Parrish. “I feel healthy. I was fighting a hamstring during the whole process of preseason but I stayed on top of my rehab and been out there moving around. I’m feeling good and am ready to go.”
Parrish is coming off a season that got cut short by a broken wrist that required surgery. He’s looking forward to pick up where he left off last season.
“I’m very excited,” he said. “Me, personally, I missed all preseason. (I missed the second half of last season) with a wrist injury so I’m very excited and looking forward to Sunday.”
