Bills DT Torell Troup finally got over some lower back problems last week and played in his first game of the 2011 season at Cincinnati last week. But the back problems have resurfaced and are keeping him out of practice.
Troup practiced Wednesday, but missed Thursday’s session.
“Troup is struggling with that back again,” said Gailey. “He’s going to have a hard time making it this week.”
With Troup’s chances of playing this week decreasing by the day, Kellen Heard would be the man to fill Troup’s rotational nose tackle role should Troup be ruled out for Sunday’s game.
