Report: Rayner signs with Bills

@ProStarSportsPaul Sheehy – Congrats to DAVE RAYNER on signing with the #Bills with RIAN LINDELL out with a shoulder injury. One ProStar guy stepping in for another.
No official word from the team on any signings at this point.
