Appearing on the Dan Patrick Show late this morning, Fred Jackson was asked point blank if the Bills will make the playoffs. Here was his response.
“Yes we will,” said Jackson. “We’re going to do everything we can in our power to make the playoffs. We didn’t set out to have a good run in the beginning the season and improve off last season. Our goal from the start was to get to the playoffs and that’s what we’ve set out to do.”
Patrick also asked Jackson to react to the comment made by NBC Sunday night football analyst Rodney Harrison, who said the Bills are done as a playoff contender.
“We don’t buy into that,” said Jackson. “We’re still very confident in our abilities. We know it’s a tough road ahead of us, but we’re still upbeat. We know we have a difficult road, but everyone is up for the challenge and we’re looking forward to it.”
