Bills DB Josh Nesbitt, who was elevated to the active roster Tuesday, will have his playing status for Sunday riding on George Wilson’s health.
That according to head coach Chan Gailey, who basically said that if Wilson can’t play Sunday in Miami then Nesbitt would see special teams work.
“I think it will all be predicated on George’s health,” said Gailey. “If George is healthy then I don’t see Josh making the 45 (game day roster). If George isn’t healthy then Josh will make the 45 and he’ll probably get in the game in some way shape or form.”
It’s anticipated that if Nesbitt does dress for Sunday’s game that he’ll see time on special teams coverage units.
