Ending a five-game losing streak is naturally the first order of business for the Bills as they head to San Diego this weekend. If they can do that the players know it’s step one toward achieving what is quickly becoming the primary goal for the team.
Head coach Chan Gailey said on Monday that there’s a sense of urgency to get that accomplished with four games to play.
“You feel a huge responsibility to the organization, to the football team, to the fans. You feel a responsibility to everybody,” he said. “We want to finish strong and finish on a positive note. We’re one game better than we were last year, but it doesn’t feel anywhere near like that. So you’d like to finish as strong as we possible and carry that into next year.”
