With Buffalo’s loss to New England on Sunday along with a Kansas City victory at Denver, the Bills will pick 10th in the first round of the 2012 NFL draft.

Buffalo has the same final record as Carolina and Miami (6-10), but the Dolphins and Panthers have a weaker strength of schedule so they draft higher. Here’s the top 10 picks. But Buffalo will rotate in the succeeding rounds with Carolina and Miami.

1. Indianapolis Colts, 2-14
2. St. Louis Rams, 2-14
3. Minnesota Vikings, 3-13
4. Cleveland Browns, 4-12
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 4-12
6. Washington Redskins, 5-11
7. Jacksonville Jaguars, 5-11
8. Carolina Panthers, 6-10
9. Miami Dolphins, 6-10
