The Buffalo Bills presented a rule change proposal concerning reviewable plays, but it was voted down by league owners.

The Bills offered in the interest of saving time and taking heat off the head official, that the instant replay official in the booth be the one that reviews all reviewable or challenged plays. According to NFL.com’s Albert Breer that rule change proposal did not pass.

Albert Breer ‏ Bills’ proposal to send all replays to the booth was shot down, as was the proposed horse collar on the QB adjustment.
