WR Gordon runs in 4.5s
Posted by on July 10, 2012 – 1:26 pmAccording to Tony Pauline of TFY Draft Insider, NFL Supplemental draft prospect WR Josh Gordon did not run quite as fast as anticipated in his pro day Tuesday in Houston.
Here’s what Pauline had for a 40 time along with his height and weight and other measurables.
TonyPauline Results from Josh Gordon pro-day: 6031/224lbs…36″ vert, 10′-1″ broad..13 reps on bench…4.52/forty but pulled/hurt quad during the run..
Pauline also tweeted that Gordon may try to run some routes despite the pulled quad. A 4.52 was slower than publicized expectations. It seems doubtful that he’d be taken prior to the 4th round by any club. Gordon was also kicked off the Baylor team due to a positive marijuana test, but said he learned his lesson. The Bills were in attendance at the pro day workout.
