Shep says he’ll be fine

Bills head coach Chan Gailey said Wednesday night that the reason MLB Kelvin Sheppard was sidelined was due to a medical situation, but would be back in a couple of days. We caught up with Sheppard after Wednesday’s closed walk through.

Sheppard did not sound the least bit concerned about whatever the medical situation is as he chose to keep the nature of it to himself.

“I’m here breathing smiling and communicating so I think I’m pretty fine,” he said. “A couple of days off and I’ll be back on the field.”

Sheppard assured that he will have no limitations with his play on the field as a result of the “medical situation.”
