T.J. Graham was the team’s leading receiver Thursday night making three catches for 37 yards. For Graham he lived out his lifelong dream, a dream he’s pictured more than once.
“I wasn’t that nervous. I was pretty excited to get out and play,” said Graham who appeared comfortable on the field Thursday evening. “I’ve always wanted this and always envisioned and always had dreams about it. So what am I afraid of? I’ve been here before… in my sleep but I’ve been here before.”
Graham in fact was enjoying every moment from his first career reception forward.
“You probably could not tell I was smiling from ear-to-ear and was just really happy to finally get in a game and make a catch,” he said. “My parents were probably really proud of me.”
