Barnett injury nothing serious

Nick Barnett missed practice on Thursday and is listed as having a knee injury, but the linebacker said it’s minor in nature.

“It’s nothing,” said Barnett. ”Just one of those days. It’s nothing serious.”

Barnett assured he’ll be playing on Sunday in Cleveland. Head coach Chan Gailey reinforced Barnett’s assessment.

“We’re kind of precautionary he’ll be fine,” said Gailey. ”He practiced yesterday, he’ll practiced tomorrow. We just left him rest a little bit.”
