The man who put together the Bills Super Bowl teams in the 1990s will be given the franchise’s highest honor this weekend.

And tonight, former Bills GM Bill Polian will be our guest on The John Murphy Show.

Polian’s name will go up on the Wall of Fame Sunday at halftime of the Bills-Tennessee Titans game.  He joins us tonight live at 8pm to talk about the honor, and relive some of his greatest moments with the Bills.  Polian is a six-time NFL Executive of the Year, from his work with the Bills, the Panthers and the Colts.  Now he’s an NFL analyst for ESPN, so he has a lot to way about the current league.

One of Polian’s top performers will also join us.  Hall of Fame running back Thurman Thomas joins us live on the show at 8:20pm.  It’s the first of what will be a regular series of appearances for Thurman on the show on Tuesday nights.

Bills safety Jairus Byrd came up with two critical interceptions in Buffalo’s win in Arizona Sunday.  And he’s tied for the lead in interceptions in the AFC.  We’ll talk with the “Ball Hawk” tonight at 7pm.

And it’s a big weekend for the Bills “Billieve” event to raise awareness for Breast Cancer.  Hannah Buehler of BuffaloBills.com will give us a preview tonight at 8:45pm

The John Murphy Show airs weeknights from 7-9pm on the flagship station of the Buffalo Bills, WGR Sports Radio 550.
