We’re still talking Bills football tonight on The John Murphy Show, even though it’s the bye week. Here’s the lineup for tonight:
At 7:20pm Bills WR Stevie Johnson joins us in studio. Stevie’s on his way to London for the bye weekend, for an appearance with teammates Marcel Dareus and Kelvin Sheppard on behalf of New Era Cap. We’ll ask Stevie about the State of the Bills at the bye week, and what to look forward to in the second half of the season.
Lost in the disappointment about Buffalo’s 3-4 start to the season, is the sterling play by the Bills offensive line. The Bills are 4th in the league in rushing yardage, and 3rd in the NFL in fewest sacks allowed. It’s shaping up as another strong year for the Offensive line. OL Coach Joe D”Alessandris joins us in studio at 8pm for some insight into his work with the Bills O-line.
The NFL is back in London this week, with the Rams and the Patriots playing Sunday at Wembley Stadium. At 8:20pm, we’ll talk to sportswriter Keith Webster of the London Daily Mirror and NFLUK.com about the game, and about the future of pro football in the United Kingdon. Keith’s been covering the NFL for almost 30-years.
We”ll have time to open up the phone lines for fans and hear what’s on their minds at 7:15pm, 7:45pm, and 8:45pm.
The John Murphy Show airs weeknights from 7-9pm on the flagship station of the Buffalo Bills, WGR Sports Radio 550.
