A. Williams has knee injury

Aaron Williams left Sunday’s game with a knee injury, but head coach Chan Gailey had not been briefed on the severity of it prior to his post game press conference.

“I don’t know I didn’t get a report,” said Gailey after Sunday’s game.

Williams was injured when, in wrestling Andre Johnson to the ground after a reception, he brought Johnson’s full body weight down onto his right leg. Williams was helped off and did not put weight on his injured leg. He was later carted to the locker room and did not return.

He’ll be re-evaluated Monday.
