Inside The Bills

Wednesday’s John Murphy Show

Posted by johnmurphyshow on November 28, 2012 – 6:04 pm

Bills players were back at work today, with five games left to go.  And we’ll start to focus on the game against the Jaguars and the rest of the season tonight on The John Murphy Show.

We start at 7pm with the news of the day, including Head Coach Chan Gailey’s endorsement of Ryan Fitzpatrick as his starting quarterback.  Gailey said he expects Fitzpatrick to remain the team’s quarterback in the near future.  We’ll hear his comments on the radio show tonight.

At 7:20pm, Safety Da’Norris Searcy joins us to talk about his increased playing time in the Buffalo secondary.  He’ll also tell us about his role in this Sunday’s Gift of Warmth Drive outside the gates of Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The team’s Assistant General Manager and Director of Player Personnel, Doug Whaley, joins us in studio at 8pm.  He’s been out on the road scouting college talent since the start of the season, and we’ll ask him about the Bills philosophy on drafting.

At 8:20pm, former Jets DE Jeff Lageman joins us on the line from Jacksonville.  He’s the color analyst on the Jaguars Radio Network, and we’ll get a preview of Sunday’s game.

We’ll take phone calls and tweets from fans and get ready for Sunday’s game.

The John Murphy Show airs weeknights from 7pm-9pm on the flagship station of the Bills, WGR Sports Radio 550.
