Bills add 2 to practice squad
Posted by on December 18, 2012 – 4:32 pmWith LB Greg Lloyd and WR Chris Hogan called up to the Croce roster here are the two players the Bills signed to the practice squad to take their place.
Buffalo signed WR Kevin Elliott and LB Brian Smith to the practice squad.
Elliott entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Jacksonville in May. The 6-3, 205-pound Florida A&M product caught 10 passes for 108 yards in 13 games with the Jaguars before being released on December 15th. He will wear No. 18.
Smith entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Cleveland in 2011 and saw action in two games with the Browns in his rookie season. The 6-3, 240-pound Notre Dame product spent the 2012 training camp with Tampa Bay. He will wear No. 58.
