C.J. on his Pro Bowl nod
Posted by on January 21, 2013 – 12:23 pmC.J. Spiller made some time to speak with Buffalo reporters via conference call this afternoon after he was named to the AFC Pro Bowl squad, with Baltimore’s Ray Rice unable to participate knowing his team will be playing in the Super Bowl. Suffice to say Spiller is ecstatic he’s headed to Hawaii.
Wanna thank my teammates, coaches, peers and fans for giving me the opportunity to go represent the best organization in NFL—

“Well I’m very excited,” said Spiller. ”It’s something that’s well deserved not just by me, but by my teammates. So all the opposing coaches and my peers that voted for me that had this opportunity to go and represent the greatest organization in the NFL, I’m very excited to go over there and kind of have a little mini-vacation for me and my family.”
We’ll have much more on Spiller’s reaction to going to his first Pro Bowl on buffalobills.com this afternoon.
