BDC 3/8: FA Negotiating Period Begins Tonight

–Free agency opens at 4 pm on March 12^th. Each day this week Buffalobills.com lead writer Chris Brown will be previewing some of the positions where Buffalo might look to improve their roster, and try to find potential fits for the Bills. Free Agency Previews: WR | TE | CB | LB | G

–Beginning at 12:00 midnight ET on Saturday, March 9 and ending at 3:59:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 12, clubs are permitted to contact, and enter into negotiations with, the certified agents of players who will become Unrestricted Free Agents upon the expiration of their 2012 Player Contracts at 4:00 p.m. ET on March 12. However, a contract cannot be executed with a new club until 4:00 p.m. ET on March 12. Bills RB C.J. Spiller joined a group of celebrity athletes in Toronto, Ontario as guests at the 62nd Annual Rogers Conn Smythe Sports Celebrities Dinner and Auction to benefit Easter Seals Ontario. C.J. also took part in a live, on-stage interview with Canadian sports broadcaster Gord Stellick as part of the night’s festivities, which helped raise money for children with disabilities.
