NEW YORK – The Emmy Award-winning INSIDE THE NFL kicks off its sixth season on SHOWTIME with a bang as Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterbacks Joe Namath and Jim Kelly join the season premiere episode serving as special guest analysts this Wednesday, Sept, 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Now in its 36th season on television, INSIDE THE NFL will feature a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a guest analyst each week throughout the season alongside host James Brown and analysts, All-Pro greats Phil Simms and Cris Collinsworth.
New episodes premiere every Wednesday night on SHOWTIME through February 5, 2014.

INSIDE THE NFL won its 12th Sports Emmy Award last May for OUTSTANDING STUDIO SHOW – WEEKLY for its fifth season on SHOWTIME, it’s second Emmy for outstanding studio show since the series began airing on SHOWTIME in 2008.
