Fred Jackson was one of Buffalo’s backs who was a bit gimpy by game’s end Sunday in the Bills 23-20 win over Baltimore. But despite it being a short week with Buffalo’s next game in four days, Jackson is committed to getting his body ready to go to work again.
“It’s a physical game so guys are going to be sore,” said Jackson. “That’s something we have to manage. On a short week, we’ve got to get in and take the bumps and bruises and get ready to hit the ground. Cleveland has the same week, we’ve got to come out swinging.”
C.J. Spiller also had an ankle injury in the game, but both he and Jackson were able to finish the game.
