Bills RB Fred Jackson fully intends to play on Sunday in New Orleans. On Wednesday after missing practice here’s where Jackson said his ailing knee is at.
“I’m fine, I’ll be ready to go Sunday. They wanted to give me (Wednesday) off to get some rest,” said Jackson. “It’s just going to be sore, something I dealt with all of last year—being sore with the MCL and LCL. That’s just part of it—I’ll be all right, they’ll manage that, we’ll manage that through rehab and stuff like that and see where it goes.”
Jackson intends to test his knee in practice Thursday.
“I’ll come in tomorrow morning and see what it feels like,” Jackson told Buffalobills.com. “I want to be out there practicing. I like to get the looks. So hopefully I can get out there tomorrow and we can get this thing started again.”
