QUOTE OF THE DAY
DOUG MARRONE, Buffalo Bills Head Coach on WGR 550
Q: Can you talk a little bit about Marcell Dareus’ season? He’s been a big factor in the defense. Dareus and the pressure and the run stopping, I think he’s having a tremendous run of games. Can you just talk a little bit about the progress you’ve seen from him?
A: I’m glad you brought that up because he is really going under the radar a little bit. He’s really been playing really really well for us. When you get a big guy like that, he’s making plays from sideline to sideline and obviously with the pass rushing ability and stopping the run. He’s really giving us everything and I still see him improving week to week which is a great thing. I think he’s done a great job in the weight room; he’s done a great job with his weight. His attitude has been excellent; he has a big smile on his face. He’s really playing extremely well and I really think that Coach (Anthony) Weaver is doing a great job, not just with Marcell, but with all those defensive lineman.
