Williams is the Bills’ all-time leader in games played at the position, but projecting Dareus’ numbers over the same period highlights how productive Williams has been – and how good Dareus can be, should he maintain his current pace.

Season G Tot Tack Asst Sacks Yds FF PD Safety
Kyle Williams 110 394 253 141 25.5 156 3 5 0
Marcell Dareus (projected) 110 335 233 102 40.5 281 3 26 0

Over a projected 110-game period to match the length of Williams’ career so far, Dareus would be the Bills all-time sack leader among defensive tackles with 40.5, a full 15.0 ahead of Williams’ pace (and for a loss of 281 yards, no less). He is also on pace to defend 26 passes – impressive when compared to just five for Williams. Despite Dareus’ eye-popping production in those two areas though, Williams still maintains his franchise lead in total tackles (394 to 335) and would tie with three forced fumbles.
