Andre Reed has been in the news of late because for the eighth time he is a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This week he’s also busy doing some coaching in a college all-star game.
Reed is coaching inside receivers at the NFLPA bowl practices this week in California and will be on the sidelines during Saturday’s all-star game of college prospects. Among the players Reed will be coaching is UB WR Alex Neutz.
There are also two other Bills ties to the coaches who will be working this week at the NFLPA bowl. Another former Bills player, LB Keith Goganious is going to be coaching defensive tackles on the same staff with Reed under head coach Dennis Green for the ‘American team.’
On the staff under Dick Vermeil that’s coaching the ‘National team’ is former Bills receivers coach Charlie Joiner, who coached on Buffalo’s staff under Marv Levy and Wade Phillips.
