Hughes tops pass rush productivity list

He wasn’t a full time starter on defense, but when it came to pass rush effectiveness per snap played, there was no one better in 2013 than Buffalo’s Jerry Hughes.

That according to Pro Football Focus, which had Hughes as their top rated player for pass rush productivity in 2013. As we profiled on Buffalobills.com today, the Bills acquisition of Hughes may be one of the more significant trades of the 2013 league year.
