It was far from a lock, but the NFL will reportedly raise the salary cap ceiling to $130 million for the 2014 league year.
That according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter as the cap will increase from the $123M figure of 2013 giving teams $7M more in cap space.
Prior to the reported increase the Bills have been estimated by various salary cap sites to be almost $19M under the cap. This additional room should put Buffalo at better than $25M under the cap.
