According to an ESPN report, the Bills are keeping busy in day two of NFL free agency.
ESPN AFC East reporter James Walker is reporting the Bills have signed veteran LB Keith Rivers to a multi-year contract.
Filed to ESPN: Free-agent LB Keith Rivers has agreed to a two-year, $5 million contract with the Buffalo #Bills.

Rivers, a six-year NFL vet, has spent the last two seasons with the New York Giants as primarily an outside linebacker.
