Report: Carrington to visit Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers just lost DL Ziggy Hood in free agency so it appears they’re looking to re-fortify their defensive line and they’re interested in a Bills free agent.

Bills free agent DL Alex Carrington is scheduled to make a free agent visit to Pittsburgh this evening. That according to NFL.com reporter Ian Rapaport.

Carrington appeared in only three games last season for Buffalo after tearing a quadriceps tendon in a Week 3 game against the Jets. He was placed on injured reserve a short time later last season.
