TV and movie star Chad Michael Murray isn’t shy about his Bills fandom. The Clarence native returns home for games at Ralph Wilson Stadium each fall and is active in his Bills commentary on social media, including this Instagram of Bills throwback-themed artwork he painted earlier this month.
He’s said that his childhood hero was Jim Kelly, and last Friday Murray held a screening of his latest movie “Caveman” at the Eastern Hills Mall with 50 percent of the proceeds to benefit Kelly’s Hunter’s Hope Foundation.
“It’s my hometown, born and raised. I love Buffalo. Anytime I can give back to the community, I’m here. It’s the first time I’ve ever done a screening here and the ironic part is it’s actually at the theater I used to work at, so it’s really cool to be back here,” he told Time Warner Cable.
