Since he was selected as a member of the 2014 Pro Football Hall of Fame class Andre Reed’s schedule has been beyond busy. He hasn’t been home much and been to a countless number of banquets, but the Bills all-time leading receiver is trying hard to take it all in.
“I’ve been a feather in a whirlwind for five months,” he said. “It’s like planning for six weddings for six people. I haven’t been at home as much as I want to, but that’s part of the process. The guys that are in the Hall of Fame who I’ve talked to the past five months that I’ve seen at a couple of events here and there have told me to just enjoy every moment and that it’s a once in a lifetime thing. Besides it being well deserving they tell me to enjoy the process that I’m going through and believe me I’ve taken it all in. There’s no doubt about it.”
