Ron Brooks was not a full participant, but that fact that he was cleared to participate on a limited basis just three days removed from a scary neck injury on the field in Week 5 against the Lions that required a trip to the hospital and an overnight stay in Detroit, the Bills are relieved to see him on his feet.
“Everyone saw that,” said Marrone of the injury last Sunday. “It was a tough situation for everybody who saw it—nerve wracking, we all have those feelings for all the players and everybody’s who’s watching the game. I think there was a great sigh of relief when they said he was able to be released. And then today he’s running around, that’s a great sign.”
