Bills GM Doug Whaley will presumably be meeting soon with team owners Terry and Kim Pegula to lay out what was positive and not so positive about the 2014 season for the club. Here’s what he intends to tell them about his assessment of the year turned in by the team.
“Encouraged, not satisfied,” said Whaley. “We took a step forward, but we obviously did not meet our stated goals. There were some good things that came out of the season and there are some things that we have to do better as a whole, as an organization and as a football team and as a personnel staff. Everybody has to strive to get better to get us where we want to go and that’s the playoffs.”
